We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For special dates (Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve), please book 3–4 months ahead. The Chef's Table waitlist is typically 6 months.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of CHF 180 per guest.
Absolutely. Please inform us of all dietary requirements when booking. Our kitchen can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy needs with advance notice.
Complimentary valet parking is available for all dinner guests. Please inform us when making your reservation.
Smart formal. Jacket and tie for gentlemen is expected. We respectfully request no sportswear, trainers, or casual denim.
AURUM is designed as an adult dining experience. We can welcome children aged 14 and above who are comfortable with a formal dining setting.
